ASPIRED
a little lost, a little found

Just a quick thing that I got in the mail a bit ago but I didn't have the chance to post about it. Memeboxes are Korean Beauty Boxes that typically feature mid-to-high-end items. They've also worked with Pony, which is how I initially heard about them. I won a giveaway for some store credit so I was able to purchase this box for less than $10! I'm not affiliated with Memebox and this is the first box I've tried, and I'm pretty impressed!

I actually can't comment on shipping since I was away from home, but It arrived in cute pink bubble wrap and everything was well packaged.

I don't actually have an image of the in its original condition but it's a super cute pink box. It's easy to repurpose (here I'm using it as a gift box for my little sister's birthday!)

Original Price: $23. I received it for $5 (It's currently sold out but I figured I'd just let you guys know about value and my experiences with the brand or if you want to try individual products which are available in the Memeshop it seems)

Items included:
LadyKin Elmaju Brocoli Essence Toner ($14)
The Skin House Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel ($19)
Secret Nature From Jeju Peeling Gel ($26)
LadyKin Phytoplan Broccoli Wrinkle Radiance Power Ampoule ($50)
Pure Smile Strawberry Milk Essence Mask ($1)
e choice Red Ginseng Eye Wrinkle Solution Treatment ($6)

Total Value: $116!
I was really excited when I opened the box since it contains lots of full-size products. It also comes with a handy info sheet that describes each item and how to use it. I may or may not have picked this box because I love food themed stuff (like Skinfood) and I hoped that the food theme would be more emphasized. Oh well.

1. LadyKin Elmaju Brocoli Essence Toner ($14)
Size: 150 mL
Description:
This Elmaju Broccoli Essence Toner contains 90% of broccoli extract that provides instant hydration to the skin. This product provides anti-inflammatory properties to soothe skin immediately while preventing future flare-ups, and also calms irritated skin after facial peels and skin procedures.
How to Use:
Apply to cleansed skin with a cotton pad.

I like this toner well enough. It's really light but soothing! The ingredient list seems pretty good, but I haven't noticed any huge effects.

2. The Skin House Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel ($19)
Size: 50 mL
Description:
Containing aloe vera extracts, tomato extracts, and 6 kinds of vitamin, this Aloe Vitamin Gel soothes, moisturizes, and protects dry and damaaged skin, and also works to brighten up the complexion for clearer, healthier-looking skin. Plus, the vitamin capsules are consisted of 100% vitamin C and facilitate skin renewal and brightening.
How to Use:
Apply the gel generously over red, dry or irritated area on your face and massage it in until the vitamin capsules are all dissolved into the skin.

This gel has a light texture and a pleasant scent. The capsule beads are pretty cool, and it absorbs easily and soothes the skin. Niacinamide, which has brightening properties, is the first ingredient on the list too! I haven't used it long enough to notice any substantial difference, but this is one of my favorite items from the box  I also really love the pacaking! I don't have images of the tub itself, but the design is very smooth and sleek.

3. Secret Nature From Jeju Peeling Gel ($26)
Size: 150 mL
Description:
Made from volcanic clay, natural cellulose components, and the pesticide-free Jeju from the Jeju Island, Secret Nature's From Jeju Peeling Gel is 97% pure, raw, and directly derived from the nature. Its gentle yet effective formula will exfoliate any excess dead skin cells and skin impurities, and work to purify and brighten up the overall complexion as well.
How to Use:
After cleansing, apply an adequate amount over your face, avoiding the eyes and the mouth area. Gently massage onto the skin with your finger and rinse off with warm water. Recommended to be used 1-2 times a week.

I was a little confused at first since I don't think Jeju is a food? Inside the box is a tube, but I haven't opened this yet. I might give it away since I already have exfoliation products, both chemical and physical, that work well for me and I find peeling gels pretty ineffective :/ But your results may vary.

4. LadyKin Phytoplan Broccoli Wrinkle Radiance Power Ampoule ($50!)
Size: 50 mL
Description:
This product has Broccoli extract that detoxifies problematic skin and helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while turmeric extract helps to improve skin radiance and tone.
How to Use:
Apply an dppropriate amount and gently tab until absorbed

My first thought upon seeing this box was Sehun's broccoli hair. Don't ask.
But I've tried this ampoule with my current skincare routine and it's... not so good for my skin. I don't actually  have to worry about wrinkles yet, but I just wanted to see if it might add more moisture to my routine since my skin has been a little dry lately. But my skin may have had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients, which has happened in the past with other products like makeup remover and moisturizers. But this is definitely the highest value in the box and even though it doesn't work for me, I'm impressed that Memebox included this product. Hopefully, it works better for other customers.

5. Pure Smile Strawberry Milk Essence Mask ($1)
Size: 23 mL
Description:
Replenish your complexion into a baby-face like texture with this Strawberry Milk Essence Mask rich in milk protein nutrients, wild berry extracts, vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, and collagen which all work to hydrate and smooth out uneven skin tone.
How to Use:
After cleansing your face, place the mask sheet on. Rest for 15-20 minutes before removal. Gently pat in the remaining essence into your skin.

This was really cute! I used the mask already before taking a picutre (oops!) but it was pretty good. It made my skin much smoother and brighter!

6. e choice Red Ginseng Eye Wrinkle Solution Treatment ($6)
Size: 30 mL
Description:
Containing 33% of pure red ginseng extracts, this Red Ginseng Eye Cream works to fill in lines and wrinkles along your eye contours, for firmed up, younger-looking complexion.
How to Use:
Apply a small amount over, under, and around the eye area, and pat it in for full absorption

This is another product I"m kind of iffy about using, since wrinkles aren't a concern for me yet. I might start using it in drier spots near my undereyes since I have no idea what else I'd do with this product...

Overall Impression:
I'm really impressed by the value of this box although I'm not sure how much I"ll use the products. I'm most excited for the Vitamin Gel and Broccoli Toner but many items seem targeted towards an older audience. I guess that's the downfall of a beauty box; I'm kind of picky so I like being able to choose what to get. But it was still fun to wait for the surprise! There are a few items from this box that I'd like to repurchase in the future too! If I were to purchase another box in the future, I might try one of the makeup boxes since it's more likely to appeal to me I think.
